Lucinda’s teaching is rooted in the quiet power of embodied movement and the wisdom of yoga philosophy. While yoga remains the heart of her practice, Pilates and Reformer became a natural extension — strengthening the body while deepening connection to its inner rhythm and intelligence.
Her classes are a guidance towards strength, softness, and calm, with breath as the thread that returns you inward. Lucinda loves to help people reconnect with their bodies as a pathway to healing — drawing on rāja yoga, focusing on mastering the mind.
Lucinda holds particular devotion to supporting women who have moved through life’s initiations — offering movement as a soft homecoming into strength, trust, and wholeness.
